In developing the technical implementation, we have paid particular attention to usability on tablets and smartphones and have opted for static HTML – without a CMS, ensuring fast loading times and easy maintenance. This makes it ideal for use at information stands, and in addition to partner NGOs, interested retail outlets such as fair-trade shops, organic shops or even supermarkets can access it independently and help raise awareness. With five concise questions, our quiz guides users through the most significant legal abuses in global food supply chains, thereby raising awareness and encouraging people to sign Misereor’s petition.

To complement the quiz, we have created some shareable images to help gather signatures for the petition via social media.
In this way, we are expanding the reach of the Misereor petition both online and in face-to-face interactions. With the quiz, we have created a user-friendly, streamlined tool that encourages people to take action and provides a wider platform for highlighting injustices.
