Clearly laid out with support services that are easy to find
The site needed to feature a fresh layout and a particularly user-friendly structure. Together, we analysed existing requirements – with a clear focus on contact options and location information. Using the insights we gathered, we optimised the user experience, adding a sticky location module to the home page, among other things. The module directs users to the newly developed interactive location map, which provides the necessary data via a specially set up sub-server, making it as easy as possible to find information about the locations of support services. The services are listed with comprehensive detailed information and further links.
New functions for different needs
In addition to the location map, we have implemented a second, interactive engagement map to make it easier to find volunteer opportunities. We have programmed individual contact elements for the different types of contact, which clearly display information and replace email addresses with a secure contact form to avoid spam.
The job vacancies page is also new: all vacancies are now created as filterable data records, linked to an application form and trigger a direct email to be sent. No data is stored in the backend. In addition, a job newsletter has been created, which interested parties can subscribe to on a weekly or monthly basis.


A digital guide for greater participation
The relaunch was completed in a short period of time – the new website has been online since June 2025. The design features original illustrations and custom icons, giving it a modern and friendly look while remaining true to F&W's corporate design.
As a digital guide, the website focuses on those seeking help and offers them guidance. Particularly noteworthy are the optimised contact solutions – all with the aim of significantly improving accessibility and user-friendliness.
