wegewerk is no black box. In fact, we’re just the opposite. We try to make political processes — as well as our own processes — transparent. Clearly defined structures, documented processes and standardisation of successful solution strategies are a matter of course at wegewerk.

At wegewerk, quality management takes place at several levels:

Project management. Permanent contact persons accompany each project, document the progress and stay in touch with our clients. They act as the nerve centre of wegewerk.

Programming. wegewerk uses forward-looking technology when implementing Internet projects. We keep an eye out for future developments and give preference to open technologies. Programming is based on clearly defined specifications; steps are documented for maintenance and future projects.

Design. User-friendly design is a concern for wegewerk. We are convinced that quality standards can be implemented on the design level, and we have proven that efforts to create a good functional design pay off. wegewerk was awarded the EUROPRIX 2002 European media prize for the graphical and technical implementation of the election campaign portal www.wahlthemen.de.
